Robin Parsons

Creative Director

Early experience with high end fashion retailing and the hospitality industry, Robin, surrounded by high caliber work, was inspired toward a career in graphic design. After graduating top of class from the Fanshawe College Graphic Design Program and then completing a subsequent Conestoga College Business Diploma, Robin’s unique background and education were a perfect fit with the multidisciplinary demands of Scribblers’ Club.

Managing a boutique style design studio with an international client roster requires a skill set rarely found. Scribblers’ Club is a small firm. Early on Robin recognized the need for, then designed and implemented, production management practices unique to Scribblers’ Clubs “client centric” business model. Clients describe the firm as nimble, chameleon-like and easy to communicate with, a client experience directly related to the backstage project management model that’s followed religiously. There are no egos. Always cognizant of budget, jobs get out on time and error free.

There is nothing small about the caliber of the work. Client work has won awards beating out worldwide entries from Ogilvy, Saatchi and McClaren McCann. The club’s client list has grown to include national accounts with Robin key person to The Wine Rack, Vincor Canada, Reid’s Heritage Homes and The African Institute(s) for Math and Science.

A local 2008 project “The42”, included a wide marketing mix choreographed across several media channels over several weeks, with condominium naming and brand development, brochures, transit shelters, billboards, radio, theatrical bumpers, posters, website, facebook and viral campaigns were conceptualized, designed, printed, produced and distributed within only a handful of weeks. All of this made possible by the lead of Robin Parsons, the coordinated efforts of all the Scribblers’ Club team and all accomplished while other clients experienced their business as usual prompt service and delivery.

Robin’s pursuit of the fine art of design has become signature to the client work Scribblers’ Club generates. When people say someone is born with talent, they are referring to the Robins of the world.
